LACKING A FEELING FOR COORDINATION BETWEEN TEACHERS AND SCHOOL

Another persisting problem in our education system, besides the lack of capable teachers, is that they do not feel the need for coordination with their colleagues in their work space. Consequently, few among us have the vision of a learner. When it comes to the matter of coordination, teachers should realize that their work cannot be of any influence unless they coordinate with their school management. At present, coordination exists at schools today for the sake of formality and there is so much interdependence among teachers that the teaching methodologies remain faulty. As the coordination of those working with teenagers and children is improper, the teachers end up merely cooperating with each other. It is important to note here that there is a difference between coordination and cooperation. When two people work like they cannot do anything without each other, they are said to be coordinating. If this is not the case, they are said to be merely cooperating. The people who work with students and the entire school management should be willing to coordinate with each other. The condition of a work dealing with students is normal only when the deacons and the advisors mutually feel the need for one another, and when teachers feel that they cannot do anything without pedagogies and educational standards set up by management. It is quite amazing that we have many pedagogies and instructions on how to understand children and how to teach them and that there are many school managements implementing things pertaining to teachers. However, there are still many who do not feel that they cannot go on without the pedagogies. In fact, it is awful that some teachers not only lack a sense of the need for pedagogies, but they also think that pedagogies and educational standards are unnecessary. This is quite dangerous because it leaves students and parents with a bad impression on teachers and management and we all know for certain that education is not affective when students are incapable of respecting their teachers.
